Learning the clarinet or saxophone is fun way to pick up new and transferrable skills. Not only will you learn to read music, music theory and instrument technique, you will also build confidence, problem solving skills, critical thinking and mindfulness.

Taxi’s methods are based in Alexander Technique and lessons are tailored around your aspirations whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced - children and adults alike (Enhanced DBS). They teach all styles of music from classical to jazz, folk and popular genres.

Taxi has successfully prepared many students for ABRSM exams, is additionally a coach for auditions, chamber music and orchestra or can teach students who just want to learn for fun.

£60* - full hour (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, ad hoc)

Qualifications

City and Guilds Level 3 Award in Education and Training - The City Literary Institute

Master of Music Performance - TLCMD (Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance)

Postgraduate Diploma in Music Performance - MCM (Melbourne Conservatorium of Music)

Bachelor of Music with Honours - MCM

Fellow of the Royal Schools of Music - ABRSM
